Could I see 20hp out of a c&l intake manifold and whipple gt single blade throttle body?

When does the frpp manifold come out? Is it any better? Is the whipple throttle body better, or is the frpp billit 62mm better? I want to order if this will gain me some power!

Either the C&L or the FRPP intake will be going on my new motor Juco. Honestly I stopped following all the intake "hype" going on, so i'm out of the loop so-to-say on them. I like the way the C&L looks and fits, and I I'm liking some of the direct port setups I have seen with them. I have a stock intake Im thinking about sending to HSW to have a direct port fabbed up, but I'm finishing the motor and clutch before I do anything.
What about throttle body? Frpp billit 62mm or Whipple monoblade? Both are close in price. Whipple claims to flow the highest and requires an aftermarket intake manifold.

I know i said i wasnt posting but this one has me laughing so hard i have too. And since nasty said join in the fun i think i will.

What really is your point? Why do i care what i would run in canada, why would the op care what he would run in canada? and lastly, **** mustang dynos, who ever said they were the industry standard? For the record they are a JOKE! what becuase they read lower they are accurate? Do you know what HP is? Look up the deffination of HP. The simple reality of this argument is this; I run my car where i live, i clock the track times i clock where i live and drive everyday and i dyno the car where i live and drive everyday. The fact is people around here run 13s in bone stock mustangs and 12s with bolt ons, period. We really dont care that our car would be slower if we lived where you live..

Unfortunatley for you, asses don't come with correction factors. If they did your car would feel as fast as ours do at sea level.

you guys do a good enough job at that yourselfs, dont hate us cause your not liked we love you guys lol you make us look that much better just keep talking that is what you do best... PEACE.
Back on topic... My uncle has the same problems as you. Same cams. Those cams are junk for power. I'd either do frpp hotrods or spr stage 2's

An intake is one of those mods you don't buy to make power - you buy it to HANDLE power.

The really 'fast' guys didn't put intake manifolds on their cars to make 1 extra HP - they ALL put them on to handle their HP and boost levels and, more importantly, to make sure their flow rates were equal in every runner.

Another little fact for you guys, ALL of the 'fast' guys - run a Hogans or a JPC because they are the only two 3V manifolds worth a crap. The others are simply cosmetic mods...:cool:
I know u know very much about these cars and I really respect your opinion, but there's a guy on this site that gained around 30hp adding an intake manifold. I'm not expecting that much, but if I gain 15hp I feel it's worth it. 15hp n/a is a lot... Not just managing. A driveshaft is managing hp. Managing hp is puting what u already have to use. There are plenty of fi guys making big numbers off these manifolds. I plan on going fi in the future so this mod for me is just a step in the process. Thanks for your input though!

Juco, since our combination and power levels are almost identical, I can see why you want to look into an intake man. and tb. but I think a set of ported heads will yield more power for just a little more money. If you decide to get the int. and tb. then do let me know your power gains because if you pick up 20hp with those bolt-ons then I will probably do the same.
I'll let you know. Intake manifold and and tb=$1280. stage 2 heads=$3000. I can get the supercharger i want for that much. I'll probably get heads when i build the motor.
