So I just came into 4 245-45-18 tires for a total of $45 would. There nitto 555 extremes , so here's my question , I want to know if I can put 2 of these 245-45-18 Nittos on my 18x10 rims (rears) of if this is dangerous to the tires or safety or something ill say this in caps I AM NOT IN A POSITION TO DRIVE HARD SO THIS WILL BE GRANNY DRIVEN. Or should I save the other 2 and have 2 spare tires when I need fronts again?

Unsafe? I don't know but your are really going to be stretching the sidewalls. 10" wheels are 254 mm wide. The tires are 245 mm wide. Those tires are going to look tiny on those wheels and breaking the bead in corners is a possibility.

I've run 245/45-17 on a 9" wheel and they look really stretched. I cannot imagine running them on a 10" wheel. If you do this please post pictures.

Not to mention nittos tend to run a bit smaller. Those 245s are more like a 235.

I'd keep them as spares for up front. And get some real rear tires.

245s on a 10" is right in drift/hella-flush setup.

I won't go so far as to call it outright unsafe (it's certainly less safe), but I think you'll be very unhappy with it.

You're probably looking at at least this much stretch:

Its not that much of a stretch. Would I do it on my mustang? no.

Ya I think ill save my tires as spares I currently have the 18x9s setup with the 245-45-18 and it looks good but I think your right stretching that an extra inch wouldn't be practical. I know the safe side of things is 275 as the smallest recommended on a 10"

**** that. I'd rather have my sidewalls bludge a little then stretch like that
