Should i get the JLT CAI or the Ford Racing CAI?

In all honesty, it doesn't matter that much which one you get. Just get one that comes with a tuner and requires a tune.

Some people prefer the look of the FRPP CAI, I prefer the look of the JLT, at least until I add the x-charger.

both are good... i went with the FRPP one in the end... been pretty pleased with it and it gives everything a nice touch with the ford racing logo under the hood.. but it all comes down to what you like

It's been asked 10 million times, go with whichever you like better. The difference is in the tune

JLT + Tune all the way. Noticeable throttle response improvement and a deeper sound coming from the engine. In my opinion the only negative for the JLT is that the heat shield is ghetto and does not fit very nicely.
