add an o/r prochamber if you like the rumble or an o/r x-pipe if you like a little rasp. both will make it much louderI just took mine off because 1 they didn't fit right (wrestled with it for an afternoon and had an exhaust shop look at it) and 2 the drone between 1800-2100 rpms was too much for me. I just put my flowmasters back on and all was right with the world. I will admit though, they do sound nice aside from the drone. They did turn more heads then my flowmasters, if only the flows were a little louder![]()
I hear mixed things about the flows and a midpipe....i was thinking the prochamber, but i did think that the mrt catted h sounded good as well.add an o/r prochamber if you like the rumble or an o/r x-pipe if you like a little rasp. both will make it much louder
I want a setup that I can live with on a daily basis.....both in the city and on the highway. I have been known to use the radio on occasion, so i would like to actually be able to hear iti personally love my slp's and frpp xpipe. i'll be adding lt's and highflow cats when i get all the other work done.
I don't have another car, so the stang is my DD. I thought about getting a cheapo car to use to drive to and from work and just use the mustang as a weekend car.....who knows.yeah the funny thing is i only had the slp's at first and i totally understand where you are coming from. after adding the frpp xpipe it got quieter in the cab and louder out back. i can easily hold a conversation or talk on the phone. after adding the lt's and new midpipe who knows, but it also won't be a dd anymore.
