Ok so i already have the K&N CAI with a 93 Octane Tune from Brenspeed. Would i notice any difference if i got my tune changed over for the JLT and bought the JLT intake? Am i going to notice a significant difference??

hahaha YES. you would absolutely notice a difference i would think. the k&n i think gets you around 15hp more when the jlt gets closer to 30 with the tune. you just have to make sure you get it tuned with the jlt.
