Just a little input from you guys is needed since no one goes to the exhaust section on the forum.

With a 1998 V6 would you go no cats and flows? Or to a muffler shop and go from cats on back? And also can you cut the last two cats off without needing MIL's? NO EMISSIONS IN STATESBORO GA!!!

I have a Force II catback as of now, want the H-pipe, what do u guys think?

the cats act like a mini sound deadener while they are doing their job :lol

it will always be louder with just a straight pipe
something obstructive like a cat will deaden sound

I guess he read my question wrong, cause the way it was answered it made it sound the opposite.

ya it is louder with out cats but IMO does not sound as good

get a different K member and put long tubes... i know people that have put them on the 98 with very little problems...

also Longtubes + no cats + flowmasters = yummy ...
