Just got my new floors in and wondering if I'm going to want to lower my seat bases. I'm 6' 0" and don't think I'd feel crowded with a stock setup. I fit pretty well in an old firebird that I had. Any input? Experiences?

Thats easy, Use 1969 seat risers. They are over 1" shorter.

And they will fit the same as yours you have now.

If you just got the floor pans in and don't have the seat pans welded in yet, they yeah I'd go ahead and drop the pans at least 1" before install them.

i installed seat rail extenders on my 67, and that helped a lot.
