I'm still learning bit by but about cars and what mods do what and I've got a pretty confident build sheet in mind. I don't know alot of about suspension. Should I go with coilovers or lowering springs for my 2017 gt?

For a daily driver lowering springs would be more worth it.

I agree coilovers rattle and clank a bit I've got 90/10 for drag racing on my 2093 Mach one the cars set up just for drag racing but I'm forced to daily drive it till I get the lunch running only advantage to coil overs is you can adjust your ride hight
