Your choice as to goals of the car and what YOU want, however, in the grand scheme of things both are "necessary" for an overall better performing Stang. That being said, I chose to do supporting mods such as suspension, brakes, and drive line before I began beefing the power. IMO adjustable shocks aren't worth the money for a simple DD sixxer. The price to me doesn't offset the "extra" of adjustability, simply because you probably won't be changing the settings much if at all once you find the setting you like on the streets. However if you do, or plan on, tracking it, then that's a different story.

RevDex = God when it comes to Stang suspensions, so I'd heed his advice as far as that goes. I run Tokico HP Blues and zero complaints, they're a great shock/strut to match up with a lowered Stang.
