Sinister, did you replace your shocks/struts as well too? I'm looking to buy the H&R's fairly soon but the only thing holding me back is the expense of it all cause i was planning on getting some tokico blues and camber plates. I'd really like to get just the springs right now to save money but at the same time i'm thinking i'll just save up and do it right the first time.
No, I didn't. And I'm paying for it now.. Ride is pretty rough. However, I plan to replace the lcas and shocks soon.

Been hearing those H&R springs ride rough as hell, like an old west wagon... ne feed back on this? Sinister, i know you said your rides rough, but how rough are we talking about?

On stock stuff, with my car having 130xxx miles. Pretty rough. Its definitely bearable, its just worse in my case because the bushings in my lcas are shot me thinks.
