The major changes are extending the harness for the coils (swap the polarity on the connectors/wires) and finding all the correct coolant/heater hoses.
For the most part it is a direct swap. You will need to get it tuned asap. But if you keep your stock maf and injectors in it, you can safely drive it until you go to get it tuned. Swap to the 24lb inj and an 03 Cobra 90MM maf when you get a tune, and your good to go!
