Im going to cut my old super 40s off and wield in bx bassani's. Good idea or should I go with the SS bassani's? thanks in advance....peace!

What kind of weather do you live in? I put the bassani bx on because the only time my car sees rain is if it happens to rain while its on the trailer heading to or from the track.
and never ever sees salt

I live about an hour from the beach. So basically the bx has the same sound?

yeah, they are the same muffler, use the same fixturing, just made out of aluminized steel instead of 304 stainless

Just like the other guy said it depends on where you live....from the standpoint of external rust/rotting out quick. On the other hand youre still going to get moisture on the inside of the mufflers which leads to corrosion.
