Alright so i just got an MGW short throw shifter for Christmas. I still dont have my car back from the shop yet(rear ended) but i was wondering about what percentage i shop stop at with this shifter. I was thinking around 30% less then stock but i wanted to see what you all had to say. Thanks!

It also depends on how high you set the shifter. I set mine very, very low so this decreases the throw as well. I actually had to cut the shifter to get mine where I wanted it. I decreased the throw to about 30% it gave me a little bit more leverage and made it easier to shift. So, my recommendation is to not go too far. Although it's not that hard to adjust it.
Thanks for the info man. +1 for you.

I also got the chrome cup holder bezel that matches the mgw shifter. The pic on the mgw website shows it with the bezel.

Then i also got hood pins this Christmas. All will be going on as soon as i get my car back from the shop.
