Thankfully its not my v8 supercar high horsepower big block 4.6.:lol Its only the cooling fan motor thats bad. It started making this loud ticking sound on my way home earlier and smells like something is burning inside. It still works but definately needs replaced asap. So my question is, can someone recommend a good aftermarket fan or is s replacement from say napa work just as good? I may try and find one at a local junkyard but would rather just go with a new one instead. Thanks!

most aftermarket fans don't even come close to the cfm rating of the stock fans.

best bet for a replacement is new OEM.
