Oh they will. But the old setup that was on there was the stock piping with welded in mufflers. Now I have a full Mac catback, and the tips are really long. I could take it to a muffler shop and I'm sure they could make it work, but I'm spending all of my extra money on getting the parts that I need to make the car driveable again, so I don't have extra cash to pay for the work.

It's ok, I don't either. That's why the grille is no longer on the car. It's got the Mach grille delete now.

Well the catback is "illegal" due to how loud it would be. The 1-chambers would probably not pass the sound test. The Mac is WAY quieter.

Well honestly I have no clue if it would be considered illegal or not but I just don't want to risk it.

cali got crazy emission laws, Um did you get a ticket for the setup, or was it a fix it ticket? if you got a regular ticket just pay the fine, if you got a fix it ticket you have to change the setup back to stock and show them.

I have 4" tips on mine so I feel your pain. I had 2.5" once and its just not the same. Get you some headers if you can to help the sound out some.

Btw... clean your front rim, it almost looks like rust from the dirt over the polished section :tomato

The car sat for about 2 and a half weeks, and it's been raining off and on, so I haven't cleaned it. Yes, it needs to be cleaned.

It's a state ref ticket so yes I have to fix it and show them.
