So in the spring I am going to be putting on a 17X10.5 '95 Black Cobra R rims with a 315/35R17 tire (still planning what tires because I will need new one all around).

I have been hearing that this rim and tire will not just bolt on and that I have to do work first. If this is the true what do I have to do to get this wheel and tire to fit with no problems? I might be doing some suspension work as well, not fully sure what yet, but it might be dropped about 1-1.5 inches.

other than having to flip the quad shock( if that) I see no problems fitting that wheel.

should be fine. the fitment is for a 99 to 04. Now with lowering it I cant help you there.

If you drop it much more than 1.5" with those, you might run into issues, depends on how wide the 315's you get are.

i have the h&r super sport springs with no iso's and 17x10.5 03 cobra rims with 315 nitto nt05 tires in the back with no problem at all

I have 10.5 in the back with 315/35/17 with eibach pro kit and no fitment problems here...

Cool. I heard from a couple of people that the quad shocks would be a problem, but if no one is having any problems with them, that will make life just that much easier (and cheaper lol) in the short of it all.

You don't need to flip the quad shocks. 315/35-17s will fit fine with no modifications. My car is lowered 1.25 inches. I run 325/45-17s on my rear 17X10.5s with no problems or modifications done
