Was up guys. As some of you know, just got my car dynoed with an on3 turbo kit and all the supporting mods.

I was looking into buying a bike and leaving the car as is, but decided against the bike(too many bad videos on youtube lol). So I guess the question is, what to do next?

I know a better turbo is needed, but it can stay on there meanwhile :D

So, do I start building the rear? Suspension? Motor?

All help is appreciated and reps given:)

So please, help me mustang gurus lol

Mods:

On3 turbo kit
vmp slot style MAF
42lbs inj
GT pump
BAP
K member and A-arms
UPR C/O
MM CC plates
tokico hp all around
Sportlines in the rear
Hurst STS

Ok. Lets say I start with suspension and rear end.

Front suspension is pretty much done, right? Or what changes would I have to make?
What should I do the the rear sus? I havent done any research or reading on the rear end, so what would be a good setup?

Stal, just put in a new clutch on the tranny. Its a t45 what should i do with that??

man i wish you would have asked about the trans before you bought your new trans. the input shaft is the weak link in your drive. unfortunatly for the cost to upgrade the stock trans you may be better off going to a built tko with a 26 spline input shaft. as for the rear end, the 8.8 is a good gear set but i would go with a 31 spline axle setup. and go with ford 9 inch axle tubes or chromoly tubes

I'll go ahead and finish the suspension b/c its nearly done.

Maybe some upr lca's? Uppers I've read jazzers post and stockers seem to be the best bet. MM subframes and the tokicos have about 1k miles on them, would like to keep if possible lol

Im gonna search for shauns rear end thread there is some good stuff in it.

the subframes are fine. I'd suggest Strange 10ways for shocks but I mean your not looking to break records so I wouldn't worry about it so much

im swaping out my lakewood 50/50's for the strange 10 ways. as for a good all around suspention that does not break the bank i would go with baseline. great relocated uppers, and the lowers are a very competative price. put an air bag in the passenger side sping and i have tried 3 diff kinds of subframe connecters and toughest set for the price are the J&M, they have perfect fit cause they come pre bent to fit our frames. they dont dont have seat braces but i never used those in the past, i connect my drive shaft safty loop across instead

Damn everything I wrote, bum it went bye bye!!:mad:

Its my original trans stal just had to put a new clutch in it(super king cobra). Looks like the airbag its a good trick, I remember reading about that. If the J&M are the same as the MM I'll go with the ones you suggested stal.

Where can I get that air bag stal?

Im gonna look at the strange shock scott, but like you said im not trying to break any records lol. Maybe I can sell my tokico, there pretty much new!

BTW repped you stal. Cant rep you scott, it tells me I need to spread the love lol

So, this month I shall order stock UCA and UPR? LCA, J&M subframes, airbag and get my torque boxes welded. That sounds like a good plan??

I am running upr chromoly lca's with spherical rod end on one side and solid bushing at the axle end. I have double ajustible uppers right now but im swapping out for baseline relocated uppers. Also I am putting on a heavy duty sway bar on with a air bag in the passenger side spring I got from late model restoration.

start at the ass and work forward. Get a rear end thats up to the task suspesion that will work for what you want, then move to the front and do the same, suspension you want and then start puttin together a short block, or you can work from the ass forward and start a block at the same time, just gotta have a place to put an extra motor as you put it together.
