I recently acquired an 03 termi shortblock, and have been looking for a project car. I cant decide, should I get an SN95 4V cobra? or a 99+ 2V GT?

Only reason im starting to doubt the 4Vs is the cost of cams and lack of low end power.

Why not in your S197?

Either way complete it untill a blown 4V. Then maybe a notch fox.

My plan is to build the complete engine out while still in college, and hopefully get a car to put it in next summer or next year. Either way, I can't decide on 2V or 4V heads, but I do plan on going a forced induction route.

That is an easy one. 4v heads, send them to Fox Lake, and have them cleaned up. Then I reccomend spending the money on some good cams. Throw it in a gutted notch with some big and littles, and a 150 shot have fun.

If you're gonna put it in an SN95, ditch the block and just keep the internals. Teskid block is better than the iron Termie block. I wouldn't put it in your S197 for the same reason.

I say SN95/New Edge GT or 5.0.
