Almost every carpet you buy you will have to trim. I got some cheap carpet and after i trimmed it, it fit great. Id say the only part that i could have done a better job on is right where the carpet tucks up under the rear seat, its a little loose but can be an easy fix by tucking or by attatching it tighter to the floor pan under the seat

FYI....take your old carpet and lay it over the new carpet and trim it to the same dimentions. Then with all the seats out take the bolts from your seat belts and seats and screw them back into the floor, then lay the freshly trimmed carpet in your car. With the blots in place you will now be able to feel where to cut the holes for your seats and seat belts...Also if you leave the carpet out in the hot sun for a hour or two, it will make it easier to mold it self to the floor pan
