Buying a 99 3.8 5 speed at the end of the week.

Needs some TLC but its not horrible. Looking for rims and tires and a new aftermarket exhaust. Also looking for recommendations for comfy, yet hugging seat(Don't think I like the 99-04 seats, manual seats preferred as I am looking to trim some fat). Also looking for new mirrors, nice aftermarkets.

Btw, will 05 up seats install without problems in a 99-04 car? Found some sweet ass leather red ones already if they will.
