you did sand your car all the way down right?
or at least to the primer/ get the other clear coat off?
just checking lol
wouldn't want the other to come back through, looks good looks like it may need another coat of clear though :)

ya i hop you got down to primer and then panted, also you will want to put a clear coat on to protect the new paint.

from those pics it looks good but it is hard to tell if you have some small runs.

yeah i sanded down id down to the primer. i had to take the driverside fender down to bare metal though. its has 2 coats of primer 2 coats of paint and 2 coats of clear. there was only 1 run inside the passenger side foglight.

I dont think he cleared it yet. The clearcoat is what brings out the paints glossyness.
not before wetsanding and buffing if wont be as glossy

yes we know you have to wet sand and such......but its the CLEARCOAT that actually brings out the shine......not wet sanding will just make it look like a crappy shine.

yeah but he has a clear on that paint there is no orange peel to it

What?

There is already clear on it?

Or without wet sanding there will be orange peeling?

re-word that or something....makes no sense.

And my body kit has been painted enough times that i know how to do it.

there is clear on it, without the clear a CC paint would have already started to have orange peel
