I finally got one of VMP's new pulleys for the Roush TVS. It allows the use of the stock crank pulley and water pump pulley. No more running the Steeda UDPs which means no more broken water pump pulleys. I'm currently running a 3.25" blower pulley, stock crank pulley, stock water pump, and a 90mm idler directly below the blower. The pulley uses a press in hub and than the pulley bolts to the hub. So, pulleys can be swapped fairly easy.
I suspect due to belt wear and how much dust it was putting off that it was probably slipping quite a bit with such a small blower and crank pulley. Another good thing about the pulley is that I really can't see the belt coming off of it. This set-up should also create more belt wrap so there are no issues of it slipping currently. I'm going to be putting a brand new belt on it and watch how it wears very closely to see if there was a problem previously. I'll post in a couple of weeks about how that turns out. I'm very happy with the set-up and can't wait to try some more things out in the future!
