It's supposed to flap.
procharger bov cycling
when the bov relieves pressure on my 06 procharged gt it cycles and sounds like a flapper is that normal or is it supposed to be a smooth release of air it only does it on decel

Procharger is known for their blow off valves distinct sound. You can swap out to something smoother with less chatter.
If you think that one chatters, you should hear the race BOV. 2 to 3 times as loud.
