Sorry for the newb question but it's about time to get my hands dirty. So what is the proper point to jack the car up from (front) using a hydraulic jack? And where should the jack stands be placed so they won't cause any damage?

to OP...if you have subframe connectors this is a fine idea....just dont mistake that lip right behind the plastic rocker panel to be a good lifting point too...you will bend some major ****! lol
