I was just wondering how much boost/HP a stock crank from a 2000 3.8 will handle. LONG STORY SHORT, I have a 3.8 complete motor (mostly) and a SC motor (Almost everything I need for the M90 swap for my 98) but it spun a main bearing. Couldn't I just swap blocks? I know Id have to change my flywheel and harmonic balancer from the 2000 if I did. I just want to have the M90 In my 98 already so I have a running car. Then I could do upgrades on the SC block while I have it out and swap it back in later.
