I wouldn't waste your money on a bushing kit. You're better off replacing the stock control arms, and those will have bushings in them already.
With ~$250, you're not looking at much. It sounds like you need shocks, but $250 isn't gonna get you anything decent (not on all four corners, at least) so you're basically just throwing your money away.
If you don't have full-length, weld-in subframe connectors, that's what I'd go with.
