So instead of spending a boat load of money on a aftermarket reservoir I want to make my own for cheap! I have the ability and access to all the machines to make a quality piece.

My question is can I just use a 16 psi cap from jegs/summit with a weld in filler neck without any cooling problems? I think t would be prefect to put where the battery used to be.

Will do, I made a batt box already but that wasn't messin with cooling. I dot think it really would matter going to a different cap same psi as long as it is plumbed the same. I'm going for making as much room as possible under the hood while keeping luxuries.
