Hey everyone, it's been awhile but it's good to be back. I'm assuming there was a garage update at some point during my absence because all of my garage info has disappeared and the format is new. Is there a way that this can still be accessed to be saved in a personal text file? I basically kept all of my modding progress in that space and it's a bit of a bummer that I can't seem to access it now. Any information will be appreciated.

Edit: The link to my old garage actually happens to be in my signature. Go ahead and give it a try. I get an invalid web address unfortunately.

Solution described below.

Ok guys, found the solution. Go to my current garage link in a new tab(it has been updated): http://www.moddedmustangs.com/forums/vbgarage.php?do=view&id=55228

This is the updated, correct URL linking to everyone's garages. At the end of the URL, there is a user ID number which is linked to the account you are viewing. For example, mine was 55228.

Now, go to your old broken garage link. It also has a five digit number at the end of the string. Copy this number and substitute it for the number in the correct URL from my garage posted at the top of this post. Now, you should be able to view your old garage as it was. Copy the text and update it through the new garage channels.

Looks like the pathways were simply changed. Let me know if you have questions.

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction, Administrator.

if you scroll all the way to the bottom of a page, you'll see a box. if you switch it to classic mode, it will restore the format of the forum to the better, i mean the old style. then under your avatar you'll see a link to your garage that will have all of your information

Hey guys,

Are the garages only giving you that error when you try to access it from someone's signature or were you finding this broken link in one of the navbars?

It was simply an old link I was following. Before figuring this out, the nav bar would send me to an empty garage. I didn't discover any issues with site functions if that's what you're curious about.

I'm using classic. On the top bar under "User CP" the "Edit Garage" takes you to the old garage which people can see if they click on your name above your avatar and then click on "View Garage." If you create or edit your garage using the top bar "Garage" it creates a garage that people can see through the link below your avatar. They click on the link "Garage" and then on the car's name. The new garage lets you post more pictures.
