Is there any way that i can replace the rubber trim around the headlights, the front windshield, back window, underneath the side windows? if so how much would that be and where could i get the rubber trim. thanks for any advice

Go online or call Ford... I doubt places besides them will have it. And as far as around the windows I'd have a glass professional do that. Removing and reinstalling glass is not easy nor for the faint of heart. Even with the headlights you may be better off just buying new lights... around side windows (doors) you could do that weather stripping probably, but again, Ford for the product itself.
