Retune for a Kenny Bell

I have a Kenny Bell which I have added major engine parts. Need a Dino too in the Michigan Ohio area . Problem I'm running into is nobody won't touch it because they didn't do the work. And obviously it's got to be a from scratch tune because I cannot get into the tuner of the Kenny Bell

Does trick tuners still tune 2v’s? Or brooks speed? They can do remote tuning. I know lethal lerformance does.
