There is a set for sale in the classifieds on here from ChrisJ. He has a good rep and they look like they are in really good shape. I don't know where you are and I don't think he will ship. He says they are black but I didn't know they put black in the 99-04. It's worth looking at though. They are only $450.

Im going to go check it out. Yea they made black seats in those years too.

Cool. They don't look as black as mine do in his pictures. That's why I am not sure. Those look more like really dark charcoal.
