did some fabricating today with it :)

all fabed up with strange billet main caps







after about 20 mins of griding with the cutoff wheel and getting the rust off I primed it.



finally paint :)

It's an 8.8 rear with coilover brackets welded on and then tubing welded to the housing to stop it from flexing.

But what i posted is overkill lol. Those are jeeps that we drive through 5 foot mud holes, over small trees, jump at the dunes and just plain beat the **** out of. Bottom truss designs are always stronger and i actually like your design.

What did you use to weld the steel to cast?

BTW looks sick. It's what I would expect of you. :)
You can weld just fine to the center section if thats what your asking?


OP, are you swapping your 9" out for this??

I'm actually having the tubes shortened for a bigger tire. Since it's a full out racecar now and won't see practically any street use. You can see my 9" center section In the 4th pic :) 35 splines of goodness :)

A very big car show is coming up next week here so I want to get the car there to promote my business. Can't do it without a rear lol.
