If i can get 16'' slicks what size lug pattern do i need on a rim? and how wide does the rim need to be?

Lug pattern is 5x4.5. Wheel width depends on the width of the tire. An 8" rim is a good starting point.

The width of the rim depends on the width of the tire you plan on running on it.

For track use only, a lot of people are running a 10" wide slick on an 8" wide rim.

Why do you want to run a 16" wheel, most are running a 15.
