Hey guys I have a 2002 mustang GT and i was wondering what spark plugs/coil set should i buy?

I was thinking of getting either the NGK iridium spark plugs or the OEM motorcraft spark plugs

coil wise i was looking at the MSD blaster coil set

all parts from AM

my car is stock other then a borla catback & removing the air silencer

Not a lot of action in this forum, but for a stock engine the OEM coils are fine. The NGK's are great plugs.

No need to change the COPs unless they go bad. Once you start with some heads & cams the stock coils will do just fine. I've seen the stock COPs on engines making 500+rwhp.

Unless your running high boost or nitrous, than stick with Motorcraft plugs. Once you do go high boost or nitrous than get one step colder and at that point EVERYONE will tell you to get NGK TR6's and some will say Autolite's.

Your COP are fine as they are and you want see any gains out of anything aftermarket unless, again, you are running very high boost or a huge shot ot nitrous.
