How do you choose the correct spring rate?? Looking at getting a new k-member with coil overs. For a 90 lx notch.

Well if I am going tubular it will drop the weight in the front. It will be a street/strip car, not a daily driver.

If they have a pre set spring rate for "drag racing" just go with that. I think they are 125-150# springs for coil overs.
