1'' front and .75'' rear as a safe drop. You'll probably still need a panhard bar though to get the body centered over the axle. It will also throw the pinion angle off a bit, but not enough to really worry about unless you want to get the suspension dialed in just right. I like the look of just a 1'' drop in the rear only like you get from Roush springs or Steeda sport springs. Roush will sell just the rears though. IMO the rear is way high compared to the front.
