Correct me if I'm wrong but didn't the 99-04 GT come with returnless fuel systems? Does anyone have a pic of their stock fuel rail?

Well I bought a motor from a 2001 Roush and the fuel rails have an inlet and a return outlet. Or that's what it looks like

They look like those, except silver, but they have 2 outlets at the back to hook up 2 hoses

There is one "inlet" at the rear of each stock fuel rail, one for each bank, no outlets--the returnless system obviously has no outlets (returns)...

Those are Crown Vic rails, or at least the same as used on the CV prior through the 2002 MY:

What's the advantage of a fuel system that has a return versus not having one?

-pump runs cooler
-doesn't have to be submerged in the tank
-you can go over kill with the pump without it effecting the tune
-pump isn't veriable so the pressure is the same all the time
-no surge or fuel pressure drop at the hit of nitrous or quick increases in fuel flow
