is the same eng as ur car it shouldnt be hard to put it in as long it come with everythign and u know what ur doing
Need a little more info man. What supercharger is it and what model t-bird? Do you have the craigslist add?
sounds like it an M90 form a supercoupe. if so, it wont work on your year unless you switch your Heads to 94-98 mustang or T-bird heads. not worth it, same as going one step back and two steps forward
It's a 3.8 SOHC

Alright thanks man.
The guy is telling me that heads don't matter he says it's the intake that matters.....
the m90 will not work on the split ports.. you will have to switch everything back down to single port to get it to work.. and there is a LOT more involved than jsut putting the supercharger on. i am doing the project and still have yet to locate all the parts... i started my project around a year ago. do not think it will be some bolt on project. if you want to supercharger your car, get the m112 setup or vortech/procharger
agreed with above, and as far as the intake manifold switchin goes, while you then have to switch heads because your year has split port and that year has only single port, so you will be losing power, but then adding with the supercharger. I would go with an M112 if you want a cheap sc for your current setup. If you want more power, and more boost go vortech or procharger. Like Coastie said.
Thats kinda what I was thinking but he keeps telling me that "heads don't matter at all, all I might need to do is get a different upper intake"
no, you would need the supercharger intake. The supercharge would work with all the pieces and just the upper if you had the 94-98 v6. They had single port heads. The diffence is that the new ones from 99-04 have two ports per cylinder on our heads. The lower intake then has a total of twelve ports, and the upper has 12 runners. The one that the 94-98 had was only one port per cylinder thus equaling 6 total ports on the lower intake, and 6 runners. If you want something similar the m112 blower is what most people go with on the 99-04. The kit is like 2200 i believe, maybe 1800.
Alright thanks for the help, I really don't wanna spend that much on it. The only reason I was looking at that one was cause it was so cheap. I think I'm just gonna wait and get a newer GT.

always rememeber this rule when modding cars:

Cheap, Reliable, Fast. Pick Two.
Haha that's a good rule

not a bad idea. or wait for the 2011 v6 mustang. 305hp to start with will be nice. At the same time though the 3v's have proven themselves as beasts.
ya definately go with a 3v or a 4v.
3V or 4v....I went 13.37 bone stock on street tires and I still have some room to stretch my legs. plus mod for mod vs a 2v its not even in the same league. its unfair
