ive had my taillights in for about 3 weeks or so an ive notice that in the mornings an so times during the day when its cool they fog up on the inside,or maybe sweating on the inside.but i notice the factory ones had 2 holes in them for air i guess,do i need to drill 2 holes in the new one for it to breath or something

They're aftermarket, eh? I used to work for a crash parts store called Sherman and Associates. anyways the moisture in the lights is very common with these aftermarket parts. Drill the holes like the factory taillights had and you should be ok. These are low quality parts that are usually assembled in Taiwan. They don't fit as nice and the like I said the quality is just not there.
