I checked it with the painter prior. He said it was ok to go ahead and do a light polish and wax.

Thanks man. Yeah dude, detailing work isn't an easy job especially when it's hot outside. Thank God I got to do mine in 55 degree weather :D. Are you using a buffer and all man? Did you ever manage to get the hood repainted?

Should'a backed that **** up :p

Get some pics in the sun!
I'm going to try and get some good shots late tomorrow. There's an airstrip behind my college and a real nice downtown/airport scenery that I'm gonna go to.

yeah, the weather is just about perfect for this kind of ****. i haven't gotten around to painting the hood yet, but i'm real anxious to do that soon. i didn't use a buffer, just gave it a real good wash (inside and out, took the wheels off to clean behind the rims, up in the wheel wells, etc.) armor alled the tires, and started waxing it

Gotcha man. Yeah, I didn't take my wheels off or anything. No time to do that. I had work later in the day so I had to cut that corner. I still have the interior to do, but that shouldn't take very long.

The Cobra would look sick with that hood repainted dude.
