525 rwhp on a stock motor??! I find that a bit farfetched, not impossible.. just very improbable. A tune can help solve for piston melting issues.. but it cannot solve the equation for a powdered rod cracking in half and making a viewing port in the side of the block. Or the piston skirt cracking off and ending up in your oil pan. That is 100% pressure/power and rpm related.

he was showing me some dyno sheets, Petes performance in NH, It may be his dyno jet reads high I dont know, but if you have cams relieving pressure and I dont know what type of fuel they were using maybe e85, I dont see why not. Not sure how long it will last but its been done.

Hell theres guys spinning the factory cast crankshaft to 8K+ RPM dont know how long that will last but these guys are doing, which amazes me.

I am familiar with Pete, he tuned my car with the first turbo setup, great guy. As for the dyno jet, dynos are funny instruments. The cams will provide an increase of power with a reduction in restriction. The real issue is the powdered rods and hypuretic pistons, they are weak. The cast crank can handle the power. The rods and pistons have the greater tendency to come flying apart with enough influence. I have seen guys run high boost and set their rev limiters low and not have problems. Perhaps the increase in stroke pressure with the decrease in rotational velocity had something to do with that.

I'm not sure what thier setup was, I am aware the rods are weak but I thought the hypeutectic pistons were strong just very brittle as in they can't handle detonation as in at all lol.

Also the cast crank I know can handle good amount power but it's the RPM people are spinning them too, it's just not as strong like a forged or billet crank would be and with hard launches with lots of power and revving to the moon your going to create stress cracks on the cast crank, you can't escape the fact that it is cast, I'm just wondering how long those cranks will last in the 8k+ realm.

Not much going on at the moment I did a little remote tuning to 12PSI and calle dit a day until I get on the dyno with a live tuner.

I will say that 12PSI on my twins feels stronger then 17-18 PSI on my single

currently Im waiting on my Dyno session at the end of May in the meantime The car is running and ready i will be installing a new fuel tank and a new fuel pump.

I plan on capping my car off at around 800RWHP since i am getting the VIBE that the stock ECU might get me into trouble if i go any higher but if my tuner feels safe and likes what he sees ill be taking it wherever we feels safe. I

new things i like about my build is my oil filter location as its pretty sweet and I am glad I ran my PS fluid through my radiator" the old Transmission cooler side of my Radiator"

Nice to see that this builds still alive. Haven't been on her much lately, but I did manage to finally get my car swapped to the vortech water cooled setup and tuned.

Thank You Im waiting right now on the Dyno and in between that upgrading my fuel Hat setup to some pretty big ass pumps.

Just an update on my ongoing build.. I finally decided to build my own Twin Turbo kit ive got the majority of it done and now im just finishing up the downpipes and exhaust. Ive got some clean up to do but things will wrap up in less then 2 weeks.. I have a Dyno APPT at the end of the month.

Anxious for some pull videos.

Maybe took into a Mach 1 or 03/04 Cobra ECU. They have a faster processor. Might help you reach just a little bit further.
I almost went with a holley but my tuner wasnt concerned about the ECU. I got a APPT at the end of the month.

Hopefully all goes well. I was looking into Holley too but my parts guy highly recommended for me to take a look into the MS3 Pro. I think I'll go that route after looking into it and hearing some so-so things about the Holley stuff.

For thos of you who have followed this build over the years After about 300+ years i am about done. I drove around all summer on the twin kit but I went back to a single turbo LOL.. I will post up some pics of the final product here in about a week after i get my turbo compressor back from boost labs..

I gotta be honest Im kinda lost since the car is about 100 percent and i seem to be happy with everything.Not sure what i will do next maybe MOD the 19 Coyote
