It actually works but don't expect a long belt life. That is the same design RR uses.

It's the same principle that the Reichard racing pulley uses. I use to use a 2.8" RR pulley when I was 6 rib on the S-trim. It does use belts a tad quicker but is supposed to be good for 1-3 psi. I paid 25 shipped for it off ebay because some one missed spelled the name lol. A new rr pulley is 150 so if want to stay the same size it might be a good deal but if I was going to new size I would go with a rr pulley. You would have 140 in a new pulley at 80 and 60 for the machine work. The rr is machined and balanced perfectly.

your belt's not slipping ....use some belt dressing and call it a day.....
i think i'm spinning my sc without an ic to make 15psi...and it's not slipping so you should be fine......why piss away more money ..
