There have been a few spots in my paint that have been bugging me since I've got the car. I finally got around to taking some pictures of them. For some of these should I just try touch-up paint or will I have to re-paint the entire thing?

My front bumper (I have no idea what's going on here..)

Some spiderwebbing on the rear bumper:

Rust spot on my roof:

There's also some chips on my hood from I'm guessing rocks and such. Along with some little dings and scratches here and there. I'll get some pics of those sometime today. Any advice will be appreciated

You'll probably need to repaint the entire part for it to look the same. With touch up you'll be able to tell it was touched up.

You cannot touch up those spots they are to spread out, in order to make it look right the entire bumper needs to be stripped and painted. Those stress cracks are caused by flexation of the bumper have you had it off? or ran into something? even just a bump will spider crack the paint like that.
