Well been thinking of taken the car off the road and just drag racing it. But my question is do I stay with the 2 valve or not? What's your guys input?

Leave the engine alone until you get everything else done. That would be my advice to you. Do the suspension and drivetrain 100% first, and then decide what you want to do with the engine.

If you do the suspension right, it'll work perfectly from 12's to 9's with minimal changes. My suspension was built to run low 10 second times, and works just fine under a 12 second car.
