Hello Stang freaks,does anyone know or have they tried to install 70-73 twist lock style hood pins.think they would look good on 06 mustang gt,what do you think?

they will work but you will need the mounting part off the 70 hood and a good fab man.

i think the ones he is talking about twist on the top also, no key needed.

thanks! finally got my 96 running... couldn't get it to stop leaking. I welded the holes closed and then rtv'd the **** out of it so i wouldn't have to pull the new pi intake off again! Runs great now!

Thinking about getting the twist style latches,found a site that has the radiator bracket for the pins to lock into,just concerned about the depth and location of the latches thats why i asked if anyone's tried or seen.
