Im in the middle of cleaning my heads and have a few questions, Is it absolutely necessary to replace the valve springs? The heads probably have 140k miles on them Im assuming w/ the stock valves. Im going to a turbo setup and have already spent a ton of money, so im trying to stay away from spending more. But if i need to replace them I will.

Also, Anyone have a link to a walkthrough on installing the stock style rockers?

why not and i suggest pulling replace springs and regrind valves but make sure you have them ground with 30 degree angles not the 45, with the 30 degree(shallower angle) still open same amount but itll have a larger gap between seat and valve itself just my idea valve jobs aint that much granted i do them in my own shop
