are any of you aware of a service that allows you to lookup the VIN of a classic car and get a vehicle history report on it? You've probably all seen how CARFAX has such a service for newer vehicles and I wanted to know if there was anything for classic cars so that you could tell if it was ever in a wreck, etc

thanks in advance!

the easiest way is to look at the underside, the frame rails in the engine bay, and the shock towers, if they're bent or deformed, it's probably not worth it. Other than that, i dunno of a carfax like organization for older cars.
