I have an opportunity to get some Victor Jr 60cc heads for a good price and they are ported. My concern is that they may be too big for my meager mustang. All my mods are in the sig, but I have added a T5 swap. I have heard that the Victor Jrs will lower my torque and raise my top end, could up my gears from 3.73 to 4.10 to counteract this or would that be counterproductive? Any thoughts?

With the right cam and exhaust, no you won't lose your low end and you will gain a lot overall if you're stock headed now. If you just throw any old cam in there then yea there's a very real possibility it will be a turd in the lower RPM's.
