Vortech Numbers ?

okay i have a mild bolton GT with a vortech and a cxracing intercooler.. i wanna know will the 3.1 pulley push me into the 400s ? and will it be a big difference over the pulley i have now which is the stockj 3.60.

well he's not running 480 all the time so i think im gonna exclude nitrous... those are good#'s tho
