water temp?

what temp do these cars usually run at? Im lookin at gauges and i dont want it to be pegged all the time lol

thats what Im lookin at lol surely these cars dont run at anything to much past 200

no prob but, with the supercharger which I assume is intercooled right?? The kit comes with a 160 t-stat. so just keep that in mind.
